LIQUOR LICENSE

The Hampton Harbour Boat and Sailing Club is licensed under the Liquor Control Act 1988 with a Club Licence. Certain restrictions apply including the invitation of non members to the club. A maximum of 3 non members guests can be invited per day by a member .Guests must be signed in by the club member host, there is a visitors book in the main bar. If you have any questions please see the bar staff .

The Club is a member of the Pilbara Accord and promotes the responsible consumption of liquor. Bar staff are professionally trained in the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Managers and duty managers are also trained to enforce the requirements of the Liquor Control Act for patron safety and to ensure the clubs licence obligations are being met.
